Description:
Sr. Consultant (Parsippany, NJ) Responsible for the development and design
of custom applications, system conversions, and customization of
existing applications. M-F (8:30am-5pm); 40 hrs/wk.
Candidate must have experience in the creation of multi-dimensional
databases for budgeting and planning systems in a network or mainframe
environment. This experience must include building multi-dimensional
budgeting and planning models. This position requires significant hands
on experience storing financial data at low levels of detail from
various internal and external data sources and then aggregating this
data to multiple summary levels in muti-dimensional hierarchy
structures. In addition, strong financial business analysis skills are
required for the development of financial reports within a muti-dimensional
budgeting and planning database system environment.
Experience acting as a class instructor for OLAP technologies
instructing students on the basics of multi-dimensional databases and
scripting languages and how they are used in the applicable OLAP
applications.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: 4 yrs. in job offered or in computer systems-applications or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
