  • Customer requests "Industry Peer Insight".
  • ACG reviews topic area of request, technology specifics, and additional comments.
  • ACG matches topic, technology, and vertical market expectations within our existing customer base.
  • ACG contacts "Industry Peer" to gain support, consent, and details to match the request.
  • ACG facilitates an e-mail introduction to both contacts, containing contact information.
  • Networking participants follow-up with each other independently.

Scenario: Accepting business leads and referrals

  • Customer provides a qualified business referral.
  • ACG reviews topic area of request, technology specifics, additional comments, and referral contact information.
  • ACG expertise is matched to business referral specifics, and contact is made.
  • ACG shows appreciation for business referral and sends customer an ACG-sponsored polo shirt.
